The Foreign Investment KITAS is a KITAS intended for investors to stay and manage their business in Indonesia. This KITAS is valid for 1 year or 2 years.

Required documents:
From applicant:
• Bali Visas application form.
• Scan of the identity and signature pages of passport (no photos, must be a color scan).
• Passport valid for at least 30 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages.
• Scan of most recent visa sticker/stamp in passport; a minimum of 60 days validity is
required during the process to avoid overstay.
• Recent passport-style color photo (digital format).
• PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company document.
• Minimum capital investment required IDR 10.000.000.000
• Sponsor transfer letter (required if current visa is not sponsored by Khan Travel Visas).
From company (PMA):
1. Company deed of establishment and its amendments.
2. Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) of company.
3. Tax Registration Number (NPWP) of company.
4. OSS documents (NIB, Ijin lokasi, Ijin usaha).
5. Copy of shareholders passport or Indonesian ID card (KTP).
6. Company letterhead and company stamp

Note:
• Domicile letter is only required upon Kitas renewal or address change (prices does not
include variable Banjar donation).
• SKTT is only required upon Kitas renewal or purchase of vehicle.
Kitas cancelation:
You are required to cancel your Kitas if you want to terminate it or change to a new visa:
• EPO (Exit Permit Only) is required if you are inside Indonesia.
• ERP (Exit Re-Entry) Permit is required if you are outside of Indonesia.
Kitas renewal:
• Annual renewal price:
– IDR 12.500.000 for Investor Kitas 12 months.
– IDR 17.500.000 for Investor Kitas 24 months.
• Applicant must be physically present in Indonesia to process Kitas renewal.
• Renewal needs to be processed within 1 – 3 months before your Kitas expires.
• Documents required:
– Passport.
– Domicile letter of home address.
– SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).
